This exclusive trail that is unique because very few places in the world offer you the chance to trek continuously for 5-6 days in different terrain every single day.

Very few trails in the world offer you the chance to be among different geology every single day. Only unique trails allow you to walk a different trail type every single day, from Bedouin migration paths to goat shepherd trails to extremely remote hunters’ routes following the elusive Ibex.

The Trek to Petra is an exceptional trail that combines all of the above, in addition to the fact that very few people follow the same trail (because it is so difficult to orchestrate) and camps are set up in the truly remotest wildest corners of Jordan! In other words, you are highly unlikely to encounter other tourists on the trail, but more in the lines of a local goat shepherd, hunters, etc. all of whom are genuine Bedouins who have roamed these lands since the creation of time.

Do not be intimidated by the fact it is so remote, the hike itself is not difficult, it is a moderate level hike, with the youngest hiker who has done the whole hike continuously at 12 years old, while the oldest was 79 years old. In other words, you are able to do it if you want to do it!
